Earlsfield left the london schoolboy finals with four boxers being crowned as champions,Patrick Ward kicked off the glory trail on saturday with a comfortable 17-7 victory over Finchley's M Delaney in the class 1 U48kg final.Hanlon Crowley had to box twice over the weekend to take the class 1 U40kg title beating D Bellingham Keddles ABC 7-1 in the semi final on saturday and overcoming S Khan from Repton 6-5 in the final on sunday with a great display of accurate scoring while maintaining a tight defence.

Kane Corby rode an emotional rollercoaster on sunday to take the class 2 U38kg title with a 17-13 points win over West ham's johnny Ellis and at the same time avenged his only defeat which came at the same stage of the championships a year ago. It looked like Corby would be ruled out due to an issue with his mouth guard but this was resolved in the nick of time for the final to go ahead, the bout was a pulsating affair with both boxers giving there all but Corby's fitness and accurate use of straight shots made the title his.

Gary Hearne completed the title haul beating Fivestar's I Wybrow 13-5 in the class 3 U38 final, all four boxers will now represent London when they box the Home counties in the national quarter finals to be held in oxford on sunday 12/02/2012.
